The experience unfolds step by step, from marinating the ingredients and carefully skewering the meat to preparing fresh vegetables through precise cutting and slicing. Guests will also enjoy a live demonstration of crafting the quintessential souvlaki accompaniment—tzatziki—learning the subtle details that elevate this classic sauce. Adding a playful twist, participants are invited to take part in a friendly tzatziki-making competition, aiming to create the most flavorful version.

The session culminates with the grilling of the meat and the assembly of each participant’s own souvlaki, wrapped in warm pita bread under the guidance of the head griller.
