Professional guides accompany guests throughout the Monkeyland and zipline experience. They provide activity instructions, a complete safety briefing, assistance with the zipline equipment and supervision during the encounter with the squirrel monkeys. Guides also help organize the group and ensure a safe, enjoyable and informative experience.

A traditional Dominican lunch and bottled water are included during the excursion. The meal typically features local dishes such as rice, beans, chicken, salad and seasonal side dishes. Menu items may vary depending on availability.

Round-trip shared transportation is included from selected hotels and designated meeting points in Punta Cana, Bávaro, Cap Cana, Cabeza de Toro, Arena Gorda, Macao and Uvero Alto. Transportation may be provided by safari-style truck, bus or minicoach, depending on the pickup route and group size.
