Itinerary

Day 1

  • Arrival at Bandaranayake International Air Port.
  • Meet & greet by Let's See Asia representative .
  • Transfer to Beach Front Hotel at Negombo.
  • Check into Negombo Hotel.
  • Leisure at a hotel or walk through the beach-side road, where there are many small restaurants where you can taste seafood and local cuisine.
  • Dinner & overnight stay at Negombo Hotel.
Day 2

  • After breakfast, explore Negombo City . Stop at Local Fish Markets and Christian Churches.
  • Then Proceed to Habarana. It will take around 3 and a half hours.
  • En route, you will visit the ancient Dambulla Cave temple. (Golden Temple) and explore it.
  • Later check in to Habarana Hotel.
  • Dinner and overnight stay at Habarana Hotel.
Day 3

  • After breakfast, head to explore the ancient Kingdom - Sigiriya Rock Fortress where you will witness 360 degrees views from the top.
  • After completion, we will head to proceed Village tour. The tour starts with a Bullock cart ride close to the lake, and then you will encounter a Catamaran boat ride to the next side of the village. After a short stroll inside the paddy fields and vegetable gardens, you can arrive at the Village. At the village house, one village lady will show you a cooking exhibit on conventional Sri Lankan cooking. Then, you can unwind and taste a flavourful Sri Lankan Lunch or Snacks. At the end tuk-tuk ride to the starting point.
  • After a hard day, you will go back to the hotel and take a rest for the next day's journey. You can enjoy pool, local beer, and local cuisine.
  • Dinner & overnight stay at Habarana Hotel
Day 4

  • After breakfast, get ready to go to Kandy.
  • En route, stopping to visit Spice Gardens. You can see various types of Ayurveda plants and spices. You can buy them as per your requirement.
  • Once you arrived to Kandy, Proceed to kandy City tour, which includes kandy View Point, Kandy Lake round, Bathik and wood carving factories, Gem Museum etc and check in to kandy Hotel. In the evening visit to the Temple of Tooth which has been revered a must see for its significance in being the most valued and sacred place for the Buddhists in the entire country since it houses the tooth relic of Lord Buddha, enshrined in a golden casket. It is situated within the Royal Palace Complex which is a major attraction of beauty. Make the offering of flowers while enjoying the peace, the scent of incense and the sounds of chanting with the hundreds of devotees visiting the temple with the plate of flowers and lighting of oil lamps. Finally you will witness a cultural show that features traditional Kandyan dancing that represents the heritage and history of Sri Lanka. It is the national dance of the country – and it is indeed a spectacular sight.
  • Later back to Kandy Hotel.
  • Dinner & overnight stay at Kandy Hotel.
Day 5

  • After breakfast, you will get ready to reach Ella by epic train journey. The journey starts from Kandy railway station and goes over the 9 Arch bridge passing a beautiful scenic greenly view of tea plantations. You will get down from Demodara station and ride back to Ella. Your Chauffeur will meet you at Demodara Station.
  • You will check into the Ella Hotel, where you can see the sunrise through the beautiful Ella Gap.
  • Dinner and overnight stay at Ella Hotel.
Day 6

  • This morning you will enjoy your breakfast at pretty Ella town and explore it. (Breakfast outside optional)
  • After breakfast, Proceed to Little Adams Peak.
  • Then you can head to the " Flying Rawana " adventure center where you can get many adventure experiences like Zip Line, Abseiling, Air Rifle etc. ( Optional ).
  • In the evening, you will drive to the 9 arch bridge, and Ravana Falls for a Photo scenario.
  • Back to the hotel and dinner and overnight stay at Ella Hotel.
Day 7

  • Get up early and ready your cameras to witness scenic sunrise through the beautiful Ella Gap.
  • We’ll then continue to drive south to Udawalawe National Park, where we’ll check in to your beautiful hotel, perched right on the park's edge.
  • In the evening, get ready for safari by 4x4 Jeep. You must keep your eyes open for the free-roaming wild elephants, plus other species like crocodiles, buffalo and bird life on a safari.
  • Return to your hotel and have dinner & overnight at Udawalawe Hotel.
Day 8

  • After breakfast transfer to deep south - Mulkiridgala.
  • En route, you will visit Buddhist Monastery - Mulkirigala Monastery, located on a panoramic hilltop, witness to a 360 view.
  • Further transfer to Airport for departure .Your unforgettable 08-day adventure comes to an end today.
  • The program can be slightly changed depending on your arrival time.
