Itinerary

Day 1

Begin your journey in Tirana and travel north to the historic city of Shkodër, one of Albania’s oldest cultural centers. Explore the charming streets, vibrant cafés, and the iconic Rozafa Castle, which offers stunning panoramic views over Lake Shkodër and the surrounding mountains. The evening is perfect for enjoying the relaxed atmosphere of this lively northern city.

Day 2

Take an unforgettable boat journey across the breathtaking Koman Lake, often compared to the Norwegian fjords. Cruise through dramatic cliffs and emerald waters until you reach the pristine Shala River. Spend the day swimming, relaxing by the crystal-clear river, and enjoying the untouched beauty of the Albanian Alps.

Day 3

Travel south to the UNESCO-listed city of Berat, famously known as the “City of a Thousand Windows.” Wander through its Ottoman-era neighborhoods and admire the unique white houses cascading down the hillside. In the afternoon, enjoy a traditional wine-tasting experience at a local vineyard, discovering Albania’s rich winemaking traditions.

Day 4

Continue to the UNESCO World Heritage city of Gjirokastër, known as the “City of Stone.” Explore its cobblestone streets, historic houses, and the impressive hilltop castle overlooking the Drino Valley.

Experience an adrenaline-filled rafting adventure on the wild Vjosa River, one of Europe’s last free-flowing rivers. Day 10

Continue east to the cultural city of Korçë, famous for its elegant architecture and artistic atmosphere. Stroll through the charming Old Bazaar, lively boulevards, and beautiful Orthodox churches. The city is also known for its traditional cuisine and the iconic Birra Korça, one of Albania’s oldest beers.

Day 11

On the final day, explore the picturesque lakeside villages of Tushemisht and Lin along the shores of Lake Ohrid. These peaceful villages are known for their traditional houses, fresh fish dishes, and stunning lake views. Afterwards, return to Tirana, bringing your unforgettable Albanian adventure to a close.
