Itinerary

Day 1

We pick you up at 08.30 from your hotel for a daily tour. Hamsilos Cove. Hamsilos Bay, at Turkey's northernmost point in Sinop, offers one of the most captivating views of the Black Sea. Hamsilos Village, although the people call it Turkey's only cove, scientifically it was formed by glacial erosion. For this reason, it is wrong to say cove. Nevertheless, Hamsilos Bay has a wonderful atmosphere and an unforgettable natural beauty. You should definitely be in Hamsilos, especially at sunset. As the sun goes down, this natural wonder takes on a completely different view. Although the real name of the sheep is Hamsolos, it is called Hamsilos by the people. It is approximately 11 kilometers from Sinop and can be reached from Akliman road.

Sinop Sarikum Beach, which is the village with the longest beach of Sinop, is one of the heavenly corners of the region. The beach and the lake are reached through the Sarıkum Village, 25 km from the city center. The region, which has a natural habitat surrounded by the lake, beach and flooded forests, has many bird species, frogs and water turtles. Sarıkum takes its name from the yellow desert sand where the lake and the sea meet. In this area, which has an interesting ecosystem, some plants that can be grown in desert sand are also grown and they are introduced with a billboard where visitors are given detailed information at the entrance. The protection of Sinop Sarikum Beach Lake was made in 1987 as Nature Conservation Area and then it was declared as a Natural Protected Area in 1991. Moreover, this area has the feature of an international wetland ecosystem due to the fact that the birds are located above the migration area and they offer feeding and accommodation to the birds. Many plant species found here are found only here especially in the Black Sea Region. This is an indication that the region is hosting a different and special ecosystem. Sinop Sarikum Beach Lake, which is frequently visited for both researches and excursions, is one of the stops that must be included in Sinop travel in all aspects.

Around 17:00 – 18.00, we will depart back to your hotel.
