Pick up from your hotel. We will go to a local restaurant to get a cooking class by the chef of the restaurant. The guide will also explain all the details to us. You will prepare the lunch with Chef and after the preparation you will eat that lunch at the restaurant. In our food menu we will learn local dishes from Kocaeli Cuisine. Of course some desserts and salads will be on the menu. After lunch you will depart to city center for free time and shopping before returning to your hotel. Kocaeli is famous for Pismaniye which is a Turkish and Bosnian sweet in fine strands made by blending flour roasted in butter into pulled sugar. After the tour we will return to the hotel.
