(Afternoon Tour – Monday to Sunday: Hotel pickups begin at 12:00 p.m., and the tour starts at 12:30 p.m Cusco Cathedral, Qorikancha, The 4 Ruins of Cusco. The tour ends at approximately 6:00 p.m.)

(Sunday Morning Tour: The tour starts at 10:00 a.m. We first visit the 4 Ruins of Cusco and then return to the city to visit Qorikancha and Cusco Cathedral.)

At the scheduled time, we will pick you up from your hotel and travel by minibus to Cusco's Plaza de Armas, home to the magnificent Cusco Cathedral. We will explore the city's most important religious temple, admired for its impressive architecture and extraordinary artistic heritage. Did you know that many of its decorative elements were crafted using Inca gold? We will spend approximately 45 minutes here.

Next, we will take an 8-minute walk to the nearby Qorikancha Temple, also known as the Temple of the Sun. The exact date of its construction remains a mystery, but it was one of the most important religious centers of the Inca Empire. It is also one of the finest examples of the fusion between Inca and Spanish architecture. Once inside, you'll quickly discover why. We will spend around 35 minutes at this site.

After completing this part of the tour (approximately 3:30 p.m.), we will board the minibus again and head toward the Four Ruins of Cusco: Sacsayhuamán, Qenqo, Puca Pucara, and Tambomachay.

After about 30 minutes of driving, we will arrive at the impressive fortress of Sacsayhuamán. Here, you will enjoy a guided tour where you'll learn why it is considered the greatest architectural achievement of the Incas. We will stay at Sacsayhuamán for approximately 1 hour. Your guide will explain the site's history, show you its most important areas, introduce you to its remarkable stone structures, and allow plenty of time for photos.

We will then continue by minibus to the ceremonial site of Qenqo (about a 5-minute drive), one of the most important Inca sanctuaries, followed by Puca Pucara, also known as the Red Fortress.

Finally, we will visit Tambomachay, often referred to as the Inca Baths, where the Incas performed ceremonies dedicated to the worship of water. We will spend approximately 15 to 20 minutes at Qenqo.

After exploring Cusco's most iconic archaeological sites and surrounding attractions, we will return to the city and drop you off near Plaza de Armas, concluding this 4.5-hour sightseeing tour.
