Early in the morning, we will start our tour visiting some Banos City sights like the local market, the main Church, the Melcochas tasting. Then we will continue towards the Famous Waterfalls Avenue (it is the route to the Jungle with more than 30 waterfalls) on this tour we will visit the most beautiful ones as follows: Agoyan (here you can do zipline with an extra cost), Manto de la Novia (here you can go across Pastaza Canyon by cable car, known as Tarabita), Pailon del Diablo (at this point we will walk donw to see the largest waterfall and discover its 6 balconies few feet away the water). Then return to your hotel for overnight.
After breakfast we will drive to Cumanda village, this is going to be the starting of the Rafting tour down to Pastaza River (it is 14 miles total, it will take around 2 hours). This river is Class II and very easy for everyone.
At the end of the tour we will serve lunch before we take you to Rio Blanco for the Canyoning Tour trough the waterfalls (it will take 2 more hours).
Finally we will return to Baños for overnight.
We will take you from Banos in a wonderful drive towards Rio Zunag, it takes 40 minutes. Then it is time to get change to enter to the river and look for the famous Carachamas or Andean Cat Fish!!!!
You will get wet because, you will catch the fish with a wire and your hands. It sounds cool right?
After we will see who collect more and we will take you back to Rio Negro, where we will share with a local family (NOT A CONVENTIONAL RESTAURANT) a delicious BBQ lunch and off course to try this delicious fish, surrounded by beautiful plants and lots of birds...
Finally back to Baños City END OF THE TOUR.
