Day 1

  • Arrival: Bandaranaike International Airport, Colombo.
  • Transfer to Negombo: (30 minutes).
  • Check-in at a wellness-focused 3-star resort or boutique hotel.
  • Activities:
    • Evening yoga and meditation session by the beach.
    • Introduction to the retreat itinerary and meet the instructor.
Day 2

  • Morning Yoga Session: Sunrise yoga in a serene outdoor setting.
  • Transfer to Sigiriya: (4 hours).
  • Check-in at a yoga-friendly eco-resort.
  • Activities:
    • Afternoon exploration of the Sigiriya Rock Fortress.

Day 3
