1. Upon arrival in Zhangjiajie, Hunan Province, we will provide dedicated transportation tailored to your mode of travel. Whether you're arriving by plane, high-speed train, a dedicated vehicle will be arranged for one-on-one service, ensuring you receive VIP treatment as you're directly transported to your hotel.
2. Wechat Manager: A staff member and a pick-up driver will contact you by 20:00 at the latest, one day before your arrival. Please check your text messages or answer the phone. We recommend adding the WeChat contact a day in advance.
3. Group Departure Notice: Information about your tour guide will be provided in the group departure notice no later than 18:00 to 20:00 the day before your trip. We adhere strictly to the signed itinerary, ensuring transparent and worry-free travel.
4. For those driving to Zhangjiajie, we offer free parking services. Please note that there will be no meal arrangements on the day of arrival, so we kindly ask you to make your own dining plans.
5. No arranged activities this day, Meals are on your own.You can enjoy your free time in these following recommended places: 1.72 Wonder Towers; 2.Nanmenkou Food Street; 3.Dayong Ancient Town; 4.Tianmen Aolai Square.
1. Breakfast is a buffet provided by the hotel. Children under 1.2 meters who do not occupy a bed receive free breakfast. For those over 1.2 meters, an additional breakfast fee will be required by the hotel.
2. After breakfast head to the Wulingyuan entrance gate, have your ticket checked, enter the station and the park, and visit Zhangjiajie National Forest Park.

2. Please keep your phone accessible, as the dedicated car driver will proactively contact you to confirm the pickup location. If the driver does not reach you in time, please promptly contact your private concierge. The platform will ensure a smooth journey for you.
3. Note: Only airport/station transfer service is included on the day. It does not cover transportation or guide services during free time. If you require a separate vehicle arrangement, please contact customer support in advance.

If you need another language service, we will try our best to find one for you, but you need to pay the price difference.All tour guides have obtained professional certificates through the unified national tour guide examination in China, and are officially registered with the local tourism bureau. They are legal, qualified and professional.
What the guide will do for you:
1.Before your arrival day, the guide will contact you through Whatsapp or Wechat to confirm your travel schedule, passenger quantity, ages and personal preferences to offer you thoughtful and professional services.
2.On your arrival day, the guide will pick you up at airport or rail station with the driver , then send you to your hotel after meeting. There is no arranged activities and meals on first day, the guide will give you some recommended places to go by yourself.
3.Our tour will start on the second day, the guide will accompany you all your trip, especially the meal time. Please feel free to let him or her know your needs.
4.On your leaving day, guide will drop you off with the driver at the airport/rail station according to your departure method .

Vehicle type will be adjusted according to your travel group size. Our pricing covers vehicles for 2 to 8 passengers. If your group exceeds 8 people, please contact us to upgrade the vehicle, and additional fees may apply.
