We will pick you up from your hotel. We will drive to Karagol. On the way; we will visit Rize Castle and Ziraat as well as the Botanical Tea Garden to relax. Before lunch, you will have a short break to take photos at Cankurtaran Pass. Then, we will drive to Borcka Karagol which is at the altitude of 1480 meters. We will start trekking along the Karagol Lake. After 45 minutes walking, you will have free time to take photos and enjoy nature. Overnight in Rize.

After breakfast we will go to a local restaurant to get a cooking class by the chef of Restaurant. The guide will explain us also all the details about things. You will prepare the lunch with Chef and after the preparation you will eat that lunch at the restaurant. In our food menu we will learn local dishes from Rize Cuisine, which is inspired by Turkish cuisine. Of course some desserts and the salads will be in the menu. After the lunch we will return to the hotel. Overnight in Rize.

We will pick you up from your hotel and go to a Hamamı (Turkish Bath). This hamam culture dates back to Roman empire ages. Today Turkish Bath have three sections: cold part, warm part and hot part like a Roman Bath. Also Turkish Baths have special staff for the scrub (peeling) ritual. Female staff called natır , male staff called tellak in Turkish Language. We will get relax and chill. After this local relaxing ritual return to hotel. Overnight in Rize.

We will pick you up from your hotel. The first stop on the tour will be Surmene; famous for handmade knives. Next, we will see how fabrics are woven in traditional looms, we will visit the tea groves at Ziraat Botanic Garden in Rize. After stopping for a tea break near the historical Old Ottoman Stone Bridge in Storm Valley, we continue to the unique waterfalls situated at the summit of the Ayder highland. Enjoy your lunch and it’s free time from here to discover the Ayder highland. Overnight in Rize.
