Our driver will pick you at nairobi hotel or airport and proceed to Lake Nakuru National park which is a small shallow alkaline lake on the edge of the town of Nakuru lies about 160 kilometers north of Nairobi. The lake is world famous as the location of the greatest bird spectacle on earth - myriads of fuschia pink flamingos whose numbers are legion, often more than a million maybe two. The park now has more than 25 rhinos, one of the largest concentrations in the country, so the chances of spotting these survivors are good. There are also a number of Rothschild's giraffe, again translocated for safety from western Kenya beginning in 1977. Waterbuck are very common and both the Kenya species are found here. Among the predators are lion and leopard, the latter being seen much more frequently in recent times. Dinner and overnight at the lodge or resort
Have an early morning breakfast and proceed to Lake Bogoria where you will get to see the beautiful flamingos at the lake and have a good viewing of them. The Lake is renowned as a bird sanctuary with over 400 bird species at times, there can be up to two million greater and lesser flamingos and tens of thousands of other birds hence the park is referred to as the ‘Birds Paradise’.Later return to nakuru for dinner and overnight
Early Morning you will have breakfast the head to Hells Gate National park. Once at the Park, you have the option of a game drive in a Safari vehicle or take bikes into the Park. Cycling in the Park is a great adventure as you get to ride the bikes for 7 Kilometers before resting at a ranger's post. After a brief stop at the rangers post you leave the bike and start a walking safari. Enjoy the spectacular views of the gorge. Continue on foot into the park’s distinctive gorges view, where narrow passageways and caves are sunk into sedimentary rock. Then head to Lake Naivasha for a boat ride and another session of birdwatching then later head back to Nairobi.
